The Athens Christian Church is a place where the Word of God is preached and taught, a vibrant and joyful celebration of worship is expressed, prayer of praise and thanksgiving fill the air with a sweet aroma, and lastly a time of remembrance for the unconditional love and sacrifice that Jesus made on our behalf. Here at the Athens Christian Church we are a family. A family that laughs together, cries together, smiles together, shares together, cares for one another, and rejoices in the blessings that we receive everyday from the Lord. We work as a team because Together Everyone Accomplishes More in order to build the kingdom one person at a time. The mission of the church is to help others not only become true disciples of Jesus who was, is, and will always be the Christ; but to have fully devoted and dedicated followers of Jesus.We have four stages which helps us achieve this mission.
